Pumpkin Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 6 oz vanilla lowfat yogurt
- 1/2 c canned pumpkin
- 1 tart apple, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1 c ice
DIRECTIONS
Combine all in a blender and mix until blended. Serve cold. Makes 1 serving
